For urgent issues, our team maintains a response time of under 2 hours during business hours. After hours, we have an emergency support system that ensures critical matters are addressed within 4 hours. For standard accounting or administrative requests, we respond within one business day. Each client is also assigned a dedicated account manager who can be reached directly for time-sensitive matters.
